President of IWACA

Assemgul Urazayeva
Public figure, entrepreneur, and President of the International Women’s Association of Central Asia (IWACA); winner of the national project of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, “100 New Faces of Kazakhstan”.
Her path began with economics, business, and public service, but gradually grew into a broader mission — to bring together people, cultures, knowledge, and technology around the idea of a conscious society.
Since 2016, Assemgul has been developing IWACA as an international platform for women’s diplomacy, humanitarian initiatives, cultural dialogue, and innovative approaches to human and social development.
Over the years she has taken part in social, legal, anti-corruption, educational, and health projects, working on the support of women and families, the prevention of domestic violence, accessible environments, healthcare, and personal development.
Through IWACA’s projects, hundreds of events have been carried out to strengthen human potential, women’s leadership, and social responsibility.
Assemgul holds degrees in economics and psychology and studies noosphere technologies, convergent sciences, the cultural codes of the Turkic world, and new models of sustainable development. Her work unites tradition and the future: the wisdom of ancestors, the philosophy of balance, modern technology, education, ecology, women’s diplomacy, and international partnership.
Today her work extends beyond individual projects. IWACA is becoming a living ecosystem of a new era, in which women serve as the link between family, culture, society, the economy, and the future.
Among its key directions are BOPAY Woman, AURA, “Golden Talents of Eurasia”, health and educational programmes, AURA Bopay, biosphere cities, eco-settlements, and cultural-innovation initiatives.
Assemgul Urazayeva sees her mission as creating a space where ancient knowledge does not remain in the past but becomes a living instrument of the future — a space where culture becomes a force for development, women become guides of trust, and cooperation between nations becomes the foundation of a new civilisational dialogue.
